Tennis Ball Drop - Partner Overhead

Standing facing forward with a partner directly behind you with a tennis ball in hand; your partner will drop the ball directly in front of your nose; react to that ball and grab it without letting it hit the ground; repeat.

Standing sidways to your partner who is holding a tennis ball; watch for him to release the ball from his hand; when the ball is released, rotate the body & push off the back leg to grab the tennis ball before it bounces twice; repeat.
