Puck Elevation Rebound Drill diagram

The Puck Elevation Rebound Drill is a great drill to practice lifting the puck quickly in front of the net. The drill is set up to simulate rebounds or dead pucks lying in the crease and your goal is to elevate them quickly over sticks (or a goalie pad) right under the bar.
