Rim The Puck Defensive Zone Face-Off

This is our old timers breakout. Works well but having the defensemen where the puck gets dropped to would speed this up. Once the wingers sees the puck on the defenses stick, like you said, sprints towards the boards. Personally I will use this but keep players in their original positions for more positional play in the neutral zone.
