Off Season Training Schedule Weeks 9-12
Welcome to Phase 3!! We are One Month away from the Season!!! Start this section on July 4th or 5th. This is the Peak Speed Capacity Phase. The warmups stay the same. All exercises can be done at home. The hockey yoga can also be done in the order of your choice just like the last phase. Enjoy Phase 3 and your Summer.
- Day 1: Warm Up/Total Body A/Hockey Yoga
- Day 2: Warm Up/Anaerobic Conditioning/Hockey Yoga
- Day 3: Warm Up/Total Body B/Hockey Yoga
- Day 4: Warm Up/Agility Training/Hockey Yoga
- Day 5: Off
- Day 6: Warm Up/Speed Workout/Hockey Yoga
- Day 7: Off
