Introduction

This is a 4 week off-ice training program designed for, but not limited to, U14 and Bantam age hockey players. All of the exercises are off-ice exercises, our bantam hockey drills page can also be used as a resource to find on-ice drills for U14 players.  There are some equipment requirements which are listed below and weights are NOT included in this program.  It is a great hockey specific program that players can use over the summer.  It is recommended to get a couple of workout partners and commit to it at least three times per week.

Requirements

  • 3 tennis balls
  • TRX/Banded Loops
  • Mini Ankle Bands
