  • start on one leg
  • dip down to generate a powerful push off the leg as you propel your body forward at a 45 degree angle
  • grab the ground with the opposite leg upon landing
  • stabilize the hip, knee & ankle upon ground contact & pause for 1-2 seconds
  • repeat on the opposite limb
