Tennis Ball Drops

Must perform with a partner; excellent for reactive ability and acceleration. Partner 1 must have a tennis ball 3-5 away from Partner 2, with the tennis ball extended from his body at shoulder level. Partner 2 will assume a starting position. When Partner 2 releases the ball, Partner 1 must react to grab the ball before it bounces twice. Perform on both legs and take 60 seconds rest between ball drops.

  1. Inside knee down (side to partner) 
  2. Outside knee down (side to partner) 
  3. Both knees down & facing (facing partner)
