Place Banded Loops 2-3 feet evenly above the ground. Lie down on the ground and reach towards the Loops. Start with the palms facing away and pull the body towards the Loops while rotating the hands so the palms finish facing inward. . To add difficulty, put the feet up on a bench and then progress to a Swiss Ball.
