This can be a very effective option if you have a player with exceptional speed.  Designate F1 as the player with speed and have them swing behind the net to pick up the puck.  Their goal is to skate the puck with a lot of speed up the outside of the  ice on their forehand side.  In this option, F1 hinges the puck back to the defense when the penalty kill does a good job and takes away the first option.  The defense then passes the puck to the weak side D.  The weak side defense can then look to use F3 or make a return pass to F1.  Notice that when F1 passes back to the D then they cut to the middle of the ice to suppor the puck. F2 then swings to the outside and will drive to the far post on zone entry.  If F3 gets the puck they have several options.  In this animation they make a soft ship into the zone for the speedy F1.  They could also carry the puck into the zone if they are not challenged.  Another option is to make a cross corner dump as F2 has speed going into the zone on the weak side.
