This power play option starts in an overload formation.  It starts with the puck on the half wall where F1 moves the puck to the corner to F2.  F2 comes up the wall with the puck to switch with F1.  F1` stays to the outside and gets a drop pass from F2.  F1 continues down below the goal line.  As they go towards the net they will have options.  F2 should shadow F1 and try to find space for a pass.  F3, in front of the net, should also look for an opportunity to provide an option.  As F1 moves behind the net the weak side defense can also look to come down if the penalty killers have their backs turned.  At the same time F3 should position themselves to block out the down low penatly killer from pressuring F1.  F1 can continue to carry the puck around the net and then look for F2 on the back door or take a shot.
