This is a variation of the first Wildcat One-Timer Drill.  It is a little bit more advanced as it requires a couple more quick passes and the defense to handle the puck going backwards.  The drill starts when F2 passes to D1. D1 skates forward with the puck around the cone and give a return pass to F2. F2 gives another pass back to D1 as D1 is skating backwards towards the blue line. Once D1 receives this pass, they open up and fire a pass to F1 who is in the slot ready for a one time shot.  F1 needs to time there more so they do not end up standing still waiting for the pass from D1. Once the shot is taken, the opposite side starts. This drill should move quickly.
