The forward starts with a puck in the corner and skates out around the top of the circle and takes a shot on net. The player follows their shot and then goes to the corner to get a new puck. This time they pass the puck to the defense at the blue line.  The defense will walk the blue line until they are inside the dots and then shoot with a screen provided by the forward. The forward, after passing the puck to the defense will go to the front of the net to screen the goalie and look for a tip or rebound. Then the forward goes back to the corner to get a third puck and carries it up the wall.  The defense will come down the wall and the forward will do a high roll with the defense, the defense will carry the puck down the wall and pass back to the forward in the high slot. Both players will finish at the front of the net for a rebound.
