This is a flow drill that works well for pee wees and up.  You can run it from both corners at the same time but for the sake a cleaner diagram just one side a time has been drawn.  F1 starts the drill by skating down the full length of the ice along the boards. They swing across the slot area and receive a pass from F2.  F1 makes a one-time touch pass back to F2 as they skate behind F1.  F2 receives the puck, controls it, then makes a pass to F1 as they skate up the boards.  F1 needs to create a flat pass (as opposed to a verticle pass) for F2. F1 then carries the puck back down the ice towards the end where they started for a shot on net.  After F2 makes the pass to F1 they continue down the ice behind F1 and do the same thing with F3 except now F2 is receiving the pass, making a touch pass to F3, and then receiving a pass back from F3 as they skate down the ice.
