If you want to work on puck movement then this is a good drill to warm up with.  Place two lines on the neutral zone face off dots.  P1 starts the drill by passing to P2.  P1 then skates around the P2's line, gains speed as they head up the ice and expect to receive a pass back from P3 just before the red line.  After P1 makes the first pass to P2,  P2 and P3 pass the puck back and forth until P3 makes the pass back to P1 just before P1 gets to center ice.  P1 receives the pass and makes another pass right away to P5 and skates to the middle of the ice to get the pass back just inside the blue line.  P1 then takes a shot on net.  After the shot, P1 skates to the opposite face off dot across from P5 where they will receive a pass from P2 as the drill is repeated from the other side.
