The goal of this drill is to work on passing and timing. Players need to be aware of the other players and make good passes or the drill breaks down quickly. The drill starts when F2 skates to the far blue line, opens up to face center ice and then times their break to receive a pass from F1.  At the same time that F2 starts, F1 passes a puck to F4 (the second player in line behind F2). F1 skates towards center ice to receive a pass back from F4.  F1 has to time their move so they can receive the pass from F4 and makes aquick pass to F2 as F2 is transitioning forwards.  After F1 makes the pass to F2, F1 opens up just like F2.  F4 then makes a pass to F3 and skates towards center ice, receives the pass back from F3 and then passes to F1.
