This is a good warm up drill to help players get a feel for the puck. P1 starts backwards and receives a pass from P3, P1 gives the puck right back to P3 and then turns around and skates forward towards P2. P2 then gives a pass to P1 and P1 gives it right back to P2. P1 then circles around to center ice and looks to receive another pass from P3 just before they cross the blue line. P1 then goes in for a shot of their choice.
