This is a conituation of the Cycle Series #1 drill.  It focuses on the same principles but in this drill there is one more player added and one more pass involved.  To set up have the players form three lines just inside the blue line, or just outside the blue line. The coach dumps a puck softly into the corner.  F1 goes to get the puck.  It is important to stress the forwards moving their feet to win the race to the puck.  In this variation the forward does an escape move up the wall.  F2 comes down the wall to support F1 and F1 cycles the puck into space for F2.  F2 then protects the puck and drives their feet into the corner and then cycles the puck back to F3 behind the net.  F3 retreives the puck and then has three options.  They can pass to F1 in the high slot, walk out and pass across the crease to F2, or walk out from behind the net and shoot.
