This is a drill for more advanced players.  The goal is to work on footwork and one touch passing.  Set up four lines at each neutral zone face off dot.  One player starts at center ice with a puck.  The player starts by passing the puck to one of the four lines.  The player then skates in a figure eight around the two cones placed just outside the face off circle.  The player can choose to go in any direction but they must complete one figure eight before moving in for a shot.  Depending on the skill level of the players you may want to increase it to two or three figure eights before they can go in for a shot.  As the player is doing the figure eights, they are passing with the other four players involved.  The player has to face the puck at all times, keep their feet moving, and make one touch passes.
