Dwayne is a Hockey Canada Certified Skills Coach and current skill development coach for the Detroit Redwings. Formerly, Dwayne spent extensive time working with the London Knights, Hershey Bears, and Washington Capitals in skill development. Dwayne is also the founder of Total Package Hockey (TPH) a player development company and the National Skill Development Association (NSDA) an online video resource helping coaches break down and teach hockey skills.
