ForwardThis drill focuses on turning and puck control. It is fairly simple, the players weave in and out of the cones and depending on what variation you run, they catch a pass at different places.  Players should focus on maintaining control of the puck and keeping their body between the cone and the puck.  Players should also keep their feet moving as much as possible especially as they move in for the shot.
