Touch Pass Warm Up

0

This is a flow drill that works well for pee wees and up.  You can run it from both corners at the same time but for the sake a cleaner diagram just one side a time has been drawn.  F1 starts the drill by skating down the full length of the ice along the boards. They swing across the slot area and receive a pass from F2.  F1 makes a one-time touch pass back to F2 as they skate behind F1.  F2 receives the puck, controls it, then makes a pass to F1 as they skate up the boards.  F1 needs to create a flat pass (as opposed to a verticle pass) for F2.
