Three Pass Timing Drill

0

The goal of this drill is to work on passing and timing. Players need to be aware of the other players and make good passes or the drill breaks down quickly. The drill starts when F2 skates to the far blue line, opens up to face center ice and then times their break to receive a pass from F1.  At the same time that F2 starts, F1 passes a puck to F4 (the second player in line behind F2).
