Rebound Control

This is a great hockey drill for goalies to work on recovering after rebounds.  Place two pucks off to the side of the net and a line of players in the high slot.  The players in the high slot have pucks as well.  The first player in line shoots to score and then regardless of where the rebound goes they skate to one of the pucks at the side of the net and treat that puck as the rebound.  After the player shoots their rebound shot they need to replace the puck for the next player.

This ice hockey drill is geared towards goalies, however, it is good for defense and forwards as well.  The defense make one pass to their partner, who one-times a shot low and on net to give the forward in front a chance for a tip.  The goalies job is to put the rebound in the corner.  Assuming the goalie steers the rebound into the corner, the forward in front of the net grabs a puck from the pile of pucks to the side of the net and takes another shot as though it wa
